What are the starting salaries?

We start at $300/month for candidates with 1-1.5 years of experience. Salaries increase based on your experience and international exposure.

What kind of experience do you look for?

We prefer candidates with international experience, whether working directly with or freelancing for global brands and companies.

What benefits do I get after submitting my details?

You’ll join the Jack’s Network, where we’ll showcase your skills to potential clients and help you land long-term opportunities.

Is this a long-term job?

Yes! Once selected and after completing 3 months with a client, you’ll become a Certified Jack. This ensures ongoing compensation and repeated client placements.

Do you provide an office development budget?

Yes! After 9 months of working with us, you’re eligible for up to $500 to develop your office space.

What are the work timings?

Work hours depend on your client’s region, including European, US, UK, or Australian time zones.

How many hours do I work per day?

We operate an 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday. Extra necessary weekend work will be compensated additionally.

When do I get paid?

You’ll receive your salary between the 1st and 4th of each month.

Do I get days off?

Yes! After your first 3 months, you’ll get 14 paid leave days annually, along with holidays based on the client’s region (e.g., Christmas).
